🔄 Exchange Policy

Exchange Eligibility

Items eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery:

• Wrong size received
• Different product than ordered
• Manufacturing defects
• Damaged during shipping

Exchange Process

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
2. Provide order number and reason for exchange
3. We'll arrange pickup of the original item
4. New item will be shipped once we receive the original
5. No additional shipping charges for valid exchanges

Size Exchange

• Free size exchange for rings and bangles
• Subject to availability of requested size
• Original item must be in unworn condition
• We'll arrange both pickup and delivery

Product Exchange

• Exchange for different product of equal or higher value
• Price difference to be paid if exchanging for higher value item
• Refund of difference if exchanging for lower value item
• Subject to availability of exchange product

Non-Exchangeable Items

• Custom-made or personalized jewelry
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Items worn or damaged by customer
• Items without original packaging
• Items exchanged after 7-day window

Delivery Requirements

• Someone must be available to receive the package

Failed Delivery

If delivery fails:

• 3 delivery attempts will be made
• Package held at local facility for 7 days
• Customer notified via SMS and email
• Return shipping charges apply if not collected
