Before Shipment

Our Jewelry Return Policy allows order cancellation without charge before shipment. Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to proceed. Email sandhyagems6@gmail.com or call 8240673685 with your order number and cancellation reason. After confirmation, we will issue a full refund within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.

After Shipment

Once the item ships from our facility, cancellation is not possible. However, you can initiate a return under the terms outlined below. This ensures a smooth process for those wanting to send products back after delivery. Our guidelines support customer rights to easy returns and satisfaction.

Jewelry Return Policy: Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 days from delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Returns also require the original invoice for validation. Acceptable products should be free from damage, scratches, or alterations.

Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned under this return policy. Custom-made or personalized jewelry pieces are excluded. For hygiene, earrings are also non-returnable. Misused items or those returned after 7 days, without original tags or packaging, will be refused. This safeguards both customers and our store.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Credit or debit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days. UPI or digital wallet refunds process faster in 1-3 business days. Net banking refunds take 3-7 business days. Cash on Delivery refunds are transferred to your bank account upon submission of details.
